Do not cover the land title deed.

Lamination of Land Title Deeds
Lamination prevents the printing of registration changes, such as transfers or mortgages, in the registration index on the back of the title deed. This is considered damaged and requires the creation of a replacement title deed.

Replacement of Damaged Title Deeds
An official can issue a replacement title deed without a 30-day notice. Above the Garuda, the word "Replacement" will be displayed on the front of the title deed. This replacement title deed is equivalent in all respects to the original title deed.
