LGBTQIA+ and the Opportunity to Co-borrow for #Homes
Currently, the #LGBTQ+ group is a group worth watching. They possess high purchasing power, high financial potential, and a high spending ability. LGBTQ+ individuals generally earn higher incomes than men and women of the same age. Surveys show that over 9% of LGBTQ+ individuals earn between 50,000 and 85,000 baht per month, while over 4% earn over 85,000 baht. This group possesses sophisticated and luxurious tastes, emphasizing brand credibility over trend-following. Therefore, the LGBTQ+ community, or "the rainbow," presents a significant market opportunity for the real estate market.
